New Stax Original opening on Woodruff Road

Mike Kiriakides, CCIM, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented the purchaser, Woodruff Road Investments, LLC in the acquisition of 1455 Woodruff road.  The previous Perkins Restaurant will soon become the 2nd locaton for Stax's Original Restaurant.  The seller, Northcott Hospitality, was self represented.
