Mike Kiriakides, CCIM represented Kacey Property Florida, LLC in the purchase of 2545 N. Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL, a previous Steak & Ale location. The Seller was represented by Mr. Brad Parker of Tallahassee Land Co, Inc.
