Frank O'Brien, CCIM, joins KDS Commercial Properties

Frank O’Brien, CCIM of O’Brien Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to announce that he has joined Mike Kiriakides, CCIM and Larry Webb as a principal with KDS Commercial Properties.  Located in Greenville, South Carolina, KDS is a well-established provider of commercial real estate brokerage and development services throughout the Upstate. 

“Frank’s twenty-eight years of commercial real estate experience in the Upstate is a huge addition to our firm,” said Mike Kiriakides, broker-in-charge of KDS.  “His transactional expertise, industry and market knowledge, along with his experience in building a successful commercial real estate company are a rare combination within our industry and are great assets for us in serving our clients.”

After fifteen years of owning and managing his own firm, O’Brien and KDS began discussing the advantages of combining their two companies.  “The opportunities and possibilities considered were exceptional and simply could not be ignored,” said O’Brien. “We discussed many exciting ideas concerning how we could take what each of us had already accomplished with our respective firms and combine those accomplishments to build a commercial real estate company that would far exceed the industry norm. It was this common vision that prompted my decision to join forces with KDS.”

O’Brien will work with Kiriakides and Webb on corporate direction and planning while continuing to provide transactional brokerage services for new and existing clients. His primary focus will be the leasing and sales of commercial properties with an emphasis on commercial investment sales and acquisitions.
