Brad Doyle represents Pelham Village in property acquisition.

Brad Doyle of KDS Commercial Properties, LLC represented the purchaser, Pelham Village, LP in the acquisition of 9.49 acres on Pelham Road and plans to construct 60 apartment homes.  The seller J.M.G. Development Corporation was represented by Nelson Garrison.
