Mike serves KDS as the Broker-In-Charge, Principal, and a transactional broker. In addition to responsibilities associated with managing the daily activities of the firm, Mike enjoys mentoring younger brokers and furthering their careers.

As a transactional broker, Mike specializes in the areas of retail, land, and investment properties. In collaboration with Larry, they form the Development Services Division of KDS offering turn-key, construction project management and related services to various clients throughout the Upstate.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER
After graduating from Clemson University in 1988, Mike began his business career working in all facets of his family food service business gaining valuable experience and skills in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service. Mike's commercial real estate career began in 1995 when he joined The Furman Company. A specialist in the Retail Division, he conducted numerous real estate transactions primarily with local and regional clients. Mike quickly honed his skills and built on his solid reputation for honesty and integrity on both sides of the deal. As Mike's knowledge of the industry and market grew, he decided to venture out on his own and formed KDS in 2001.
EDUCATION
Mike is a 1988 graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Management. Mike acquired his CCIM designation in 2000.
PERSONAL
Mike is a life-long resident of Greenville, South Carolina. Mike has been involved in several charity organizations including St. Francis Hospital and Meals on Wheels Greenville. He and his wife, Debbie, have three daughters, Anastasia, Alexis and Arlena. His personal interests include mountain and road cycling, camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Larry has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2002. Prior to establishing his real estate career Larry had a very accomplished career in the healthcare industry. As President & COO of Respiratory Care Services, Inc., Larry founded and operated this successful company that provided cardio-respiratory clinical services to over 75 hospitals throughout the Southeast. In 1995 he facilitated the merger of the company with a $750 million public company where he subsequently served as President of the hospital ancillary services division. Larry has also served as President & CEO of MedBridge Healthcare, a provider of diagnostic services and home medical care. In that capacity Larry coordinated and directed a management buy-out, turn-around and development of this healthcare company before transitioning the organization to new owners. He spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a successful clinician, consultant and investor.
EDUCATION
Larry has a BS in Business Administration from Pacific Western University and a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Greenville Technical College. He has completed portions of the commercial real estate CCIM courses and is pursuing the CCIM designation.
PERSONAL
Larry is a native of Greenville, South Carolina where he is actively involved in his community. He served six years on the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Greenville, two as Chairman of the Board. He continues to serve as Director of the organizations Wheels For Meals cycling fundraising event. He is also actively involved in numerous other charitable organizations and in 2009 was recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Fundraising Professionals. Larry currently serves as a founding member of the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Bank. He is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. His personal interests in addition to his family are cycling, running, hiking and outdoor activities.

Brad Doyle serves as an associate with KDS Commercial Properties where he specializes in office sales and leasing. He has experience with landlord and tenant representation.

In addition to his work in the general office sector, Brad has also been responsible for extensive site searches for corporate retail and multi-family developers across South Carolina and North Carolina.
PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Brad has been involved in commercial real estate since 2007. Prior to obtaining a real estate license, Brad has worked with a number of small businesses in business development, sales, and marketing. His professional experience includes wealth development and housing advisory services to low and middle income families. Most recently he had an integral role in the growth of a bottled spring water company, serving as the Director of Business Development.
EDUCATION
Brad has a BS in Sociology from The University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He regularly attends professional development education and is pursuing the CCIM designation.
PERSONAL
Brad is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee where he was heavily involved in the community. He has been involved in numerous Habitat for Humanity projects. He is heavily involved in fundraising and mentoring of volunteer leaders in Greenville's area chapter of Young Life. Brad is married and has one son. His personal interests include tennis, reading, and various home improvement projects.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Jamie has 20 years experience in civil engineering, including 13 years as the founder and principal of CCAD Engineering. He has become known as a problem solver and creative thinker to find cost effective solutions to often complex site issues.
Jamie has worked in commercial real estate since 1994, primarily as a site engineer. He has also been a partner in numerous development projects; including grocery anchored shopping centers and “strip center” developments, as well as multi-family and single-family residential developments.
EDUCATION
Jamie graduated from Clemson University in 1992 with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Jamie has also completed the Civil Court Mediation Training Program by the South Carolina Bar.
PERSONAL
Jamie is originally from Kingstree, located in the low country of South Carolina. He has lived in the Greenville area since 1994 and is actively involved in the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Homes of Hope, a local non-profit providing affordable housing and a mentoring program for men overcoming drug and alcohol addictions. He is married and has a son and a daughter. His personal interests include golf, Clemson athletics and other outdoor activities.

Frank O'Brien, CCIM, SIOR, specializes in sales, leasing, and development of commercial real estate throughout the upstate area of South Carolina.

With more than 28 years of experience, Frank has secured hundreds of transactions and currently has a career volume in excess of $285 million.
He has extensive knowledge of the upstate South Carolina market, and has participated in all facets of brokerage including tenant representation, leasing and sales, site selection, land assemblage, development and tax deferred exchanges.
An active member of the industry, Frank has earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which he has held for over two decades. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Greenville Association of Realtors (GAR) where he has served as Commercial Chairman and was named the Commercial Realtor of the Year. Formerly on GAR's Arbitration Committee, Frank has also been active with the City of Greenville, previously serving as Chairman of its Construction and Maintenance Board of Hearing and Appeals.
In 2003, Frank received the Poinsettia Award in recognition of outstanding community service; and in 2004, he was honored with the C. Dan Joyner Award also for outstanding community service.
Frank has become known for his people skills and his ability to find creative solutions to some of the most difficult real estate requirements. Frank has a long list of commercial real estate accomplishments, but states that his most satisfying achievement has been the fact that he remains to be the exclusive broker for his very first client obtained in 1985.

Sam serves as head of the Industrial Division for KDS Commercial Properties. He specializes in both site and facility development with emphasis on the Upstate area of South Carolina. Sam provides our customers a strong support mechanism in their pursuit of either existing or grass root facilities.

Professional Experience
Prior to his real estate career, Sam worked in the manufacturing and construction industry for 40 years. His tenure with world class employers makes his understanding of the industrial market and asset for our client base. He has worked on many of the top international manufacturing facilities in the Upstate and brings this experience to bear when representing our clients in their pursuit of manufacturing or distribution facilities.
Education
Sam graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management. He continually updates his industrial knowledge with course work specifically related to industrial and manufacturing best practices. As a U. S. Navy veteran he attended various naval command courses and served in both the Pacific and Atlantic fleets.
Personal
Born and raised in Greenville, he has taken an active interest in all that is Greenville. Building homes with Habitat for Humanity, serving as construction chairman with the original Ben Hogan golf tournament which is now the BMW Charity Pro-Am tournament, fund raiser for Camp Courage and emeritus director of the Greenville Clemson Club. He and his wife, Harriet, have two sons. His interests are all Clemson related events, travel, gardening and Carolina beach music.
